Important Details

  • Address: 36 Lowan Street, Warner, QLD, 4500

  • Dress Code: Garden Glam / Suit Attire. Ladies (or lads), long dresses (not black which is bridesmaid colour) and block heels or wedges are recommended.​

​

  • Time: The wedding will start at 3:15pm. Please arrive by 3:00pm when the music starts. The reception will follow on site to 1:00am. 

​​​

  • Adults: To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only. Under Eighteens are welcome at the ceremony, however from 4:30pm onwards, the 

    canapés and reception is for those over 18 only. We thank you for your understanding. 

​​

  • Transportation: If you have pre-arranged to catch the bus, a bus will be provided to and from Russell Street - South Bank in Brisbane City, stopping at the Eatons Hill Hotel. A bus will also depart from Clear Mountain Lodge. The bus will depart from South Bank at 1:40pm, depart from Eatons Hill at 2:20pm, depart from Clear Mountain Lodge at 2:50pm. All guests must be seated by 3:15pm. Bus will depart again at 12:30am (ish)/ 1:00am, stopping at the Eatons Hill Hotel and Russell Street - South Bank. A bus will also depart at 10:30pm for those who wish to leave earlier. ​If you are staying at Clear Mountain Lodge with the wedding party, one bus will depart before the wedding, and again at the end of the wedding reception. Taxis and Ubers are also available and are recommended.​​​

  • Food and Drink: An open bar and full dinner menu will be provided. Please be sure to let us know if you have any special dietary requirements. 

​​

  • Babysitting: For international and interstate travellers, babysitting will be provided on site after the ceremony, (and during the ceremony if you prefer to drop your kids for the entire event - if you are doing this, please drop them off by 3:00pm sharp). There will be 2 x babysitters who are qualified daycare workers and are both first aid trained, we also trust them. Children will be located in the venue within 20m (60ft) to the reception and fully accessible to you all night long. We will also have baby monitors set up so you can keep peeking as you feel comfortable. If your child is under 12 months, they are however allowed in the reception. We want to make sure you feel comfortable. Please ask if you have further questions. If you prefer finding your own local sitter, a recommended babysitting website commonly used by

  • Registry: Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. However if you wish to contribute further, we have set up a gift registry. Your generous contributions will help us embark on exciting adventures, creating lifelong memories together.   • Morning After Recovery Brunch: A local buffet brunch for all the sore heads is happening at the Clear Mountain Lodge at 9am the morning after the wedding. Note that the wedding party will be staying here the night of the wedding. All are welcome to join, it is $28 AUD per person (roughly $18 USD).
